It is so fun to see our baby grow up. She gets more fun every day. She is such a blessing in our lives!
Sophie has so many cute outfits (mostly thanks to her Grandma Houghton). This adorable outfit is one Sophie got from her aunt DeeAnn.
I'm not sure what this look is all about, but she looks disgusted by something.
We took her pigtails out for the night to put her to bed, and she just looked so cute with her horns and her long johns.

I put this new outfit on Sophie this morning. (She's just starting to wear her 0-3 month clothes). While I was burping her, she absolutely exploded everywhere!
Now Sophie is wearing this outfit! I also had to change my own clothes. No wonder I have so much laundry to do!
Sophie has been smiling for a while, and I was finally able to catch it on camera! On her right cheek, she has a dimple. I'm hoping there's one on the other side too, but I haven't seen it yet. I absolutely live for those times when I'm playing with her and she grins up at her mommy!
Last night was my father-in-law's birthday, so we had a big bash!

Putting Sophie into her carseat is a tricky process. You have to convince her she will like it. (Most of the time she does not! In fact, the only time Sophie really cries is when she is in her carseat. Yeah for running errands! :( . )

My grandpa's birthday is tomorrow, so last night we had a birthday party for him. It's always fun to get together with the family!

This is my brand new jogging stroller! Of course, it will probably take me a while to get back up to jogger status, but I'm excited to get started. Justin and I took her for a walk in it, and she had a fantastic time.
It's crazy to think that our baby is already a month old! She has started to smile for real, but I haven't been able to capture it on camera yet. She loves her binkie (we call it her corkie), baths, and her Mommy and Daddy! She now weighs 7lbs 4oz.

A lot of her clothes are still way big on her! But she does weigh 7 pounds now, so they'll fit her soon enough!

We just love how her hair sticks up! We couldn't get it to lay down if we wanted to.

Justin had the day off work yesterday, so we decided it was time for Sophie to go on her very first hike, so we took off and spent a wonderful day together. When we got home, we were definitely beat! Pregnancy was rough on both of us!

We invited Justin's family (and my little sister) over on New Years for a murder mystery dinner. We did a fifties theme, and we had a blast!
