This weekend was a fun and crazy one. We had a fabulous time on Saturday. We didn't get to go to the lake as previously planned because my mom got sick, but we still had a good time despite our disappointment.
I got to go to the Relief Society broadcast which was the highlight of my weekend. It was wonderful to rub elbows with the other women in my ward and have a break from my sweet baby.
We also went and saw "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" with Justin's family. It was a cute movie with some fun 3D stuff. We have discovered though that Sophie isn't as into movies as she once was. She just wanted to get up and play, so we took turns taking her to the side. We saw most of the movie, but I did miss a few parts when I was out running her around the hallway.
The biggest thing we did was help Gary and Megs paint their new house! It was quite the busy adventure! The house looks fantastic, and we are very excited for them!

It was a family affair. Even my little brother showed up!

Sophie was such a good girl. She played with Nathan outside so I could help.
But when it came to pulling all the drop cloths down, she was more than happy to do her part!
